Here at Pro Chocolate every order is checked, prepared and packed by hand making sure that what you receive your package in perfect condition. 

We post to all areas of UK via Royal Mail, shipping cost are calculated at checkout.

Please note: we cannot guarantee your chocolates will be protected against warm weather. 

We might delay shipping due to hot weather.

This is to ensure that your precious bonbons do not melt on route.

Please keep this in mind when ordering during periods of warm temperatures.

During the busy festive period your order may take slightly longer to arrive due to stock levels or busy couriers.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on unwanted items. 

Please notify us immediately of any dissatisfaction with your order and we will aim to put it right.

We may require goods to be returned to us.

Refunds and replacements are offered entirely at our discretion, and we reserve the right to issue them in whichever way we deem appropriate.
