FAQ

How long do the items last?
Our chocolates are handcrafted in small quantities using fresh creams and fruit purees without using artificial flavours or preservatives to increase their shelf life and are best consumed within 10 days of purchase for ideal freshness.

How do I store my chocolates?

Your chocolates will arrive in packaging that will protect them from sunlight, however, you must try to keep them cool or away from heat sources and strong odours. If the place you store them is particularly warm, they will melt and lose their appeal. They can be kept in a refrigerator if it is too warm or above 25C room temperature, however, they will lose their shine and are prone to collecting condensation when removed from the cold storage. This will affect the colours & shine of the bonbons and of course, if you’re eating cold chocolate, you’ll perhaps not be able to taste the individual flavour notes. A cool, dark, dry place is always best, ideal temperature of 18C.

What if I’m allergic to something?

Because we only utilise one kitchen to make all of our products, they may include nuts, soy, milk, egg, and gluten. Each bonbon flavour contains dairy, thus they are not vegan, and some are created with alcohol as well. Email or call us if you have another allergen question!
